Mall-Central System Status

Message to users:

Complaints about slow or non-responsive access to sales usually happen from large malls or during holiday seasons. MC has taken steps to address these issues, the most significant being the New Report Page.

Other things you should know that may lessen your frustration are:

1. Your sales report should come up within 30 seconds. If it does not you can either contine to wait or close your browser window and come back later.

Hitting the submit key again and again will make everyone's wait even longer as it keeps your first request in the cue, of which you will never see the response, and puts your duplicate submission to the back of the line which makes your wait even longer.

2. Try checking your sales after 9 PM ET. You'll be less frustrated.

3. Use the New Report Page. Stop using the Old Report Page (this is not being supported any more).

4. The New Report Page will work with yesterday's password, too. What this means is if you change your password today the New Report Page will recognize both your old and new passwords until tomorrow until our server processes your request.
